IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart
on our secure server
so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.
Problems Adding to Cart?

. Lowering the security settings may also help. AOL users may need to turn on cookies as some browser versions are set to off by default. High personal firewall privacy settings may also effect cart operation but in most cases not. Norton / Symantec Personal Firewall users may have HTTP Referers turned off. Norton Internet Security when set to not report HTTP Referers is a so called "privacy" issue for a user. For the website owner it's a "security" issue if they don't report the referer, almost a catch-22. Just turn referers on by:

Older / obsolete vintage browser versions [ ie: Netscape - Version 3.0 ] do not comply with the most recent secure certificate issuing organizations. Users of these early browser versions may receive an alert indicating that the certificate is outdated. This is not true. Upgrade your browser by clicking the Thawte icon to resolve these issues.

Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. You can choose

for all continental United States addresses. In addition, you may choose either of our two carriers by noting such in the "Comments" section of the Order Form. Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. AmericanPaper.net does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national U.S. holidays. AmericanPaper.net does not deliver to post office boxes except in the case of shipments to military bases.

- AmericanPaper.net accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. AmericanPaper.net also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.
- Sales Tax:
- There is a 8.25% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Texas.
The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute AmericanPaper.net's acceptance of the order. AmericanPaper.net has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.
No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.
